Thank you for taking the time to browse the Island-Photography website, which features images of the Isle of Wight (my home), the UK and beyond. The site is updated with new images as and when family life and holding down a full time job as an oceanographer allow. Being surrounded by sea and with some of the most beautiful countryside in the UK, the Isle of Wight provides the inspiration to constantly improve my photographic vision and technique. Compton Bay, on the south side of the Island, is one of my favourite locations anywhere on the planet; whether in the full force of winter gale or on a balmy July evening, it is a wonderful place where the light and atmosphere constantly change. I urge you to visit and enjoy, but to leave no trace of your having been there. All images on this site are for sale via the link next to each.
